INCOTERMS or International Commercial Terms are common terms and regulations which is defined by ICC (International Chamber Of Commerce). Incoterms have become an accepted standard worldwide. These additional terms separate the price and responsibility between the seller and buyer. Jiangmen YOYUE food company is buying goods from all over the world with CIF delivery terms. This term bound up the seller to transport the cargo from the plant in origin to the destination port. Pistachios which is departing from Iran towards China are mostly delivered to Nansha port. In the case of Inaccessibility, the HUANGPU, YANTIAN, SHEKOU, DACHAN are the alternatives.

Cross Stuffing

Cross Stuffing is one of the vital and important parts of the logistics process. Cross-staffing is especially important for countries that, due to political or economic constraints, are unable to participate directly in global free trade and global trade. Cross-staffing refers to the process of unloading and loading cargo from one container to another. This process takes place mainly in the port of Jabal Ali in the UAE and it causes some costs which is about 500-600$. Cross Stuffing is just changing the containers while transshipment is to changing also the ships. Cross stuffing is not among our terms and its not required. The Switch BL is our just necessary requirement.

Switch BL

Switch BL means to change the name of Shipper and Consignee and also change the origin and the destination. there are several reasons that the buyer requests the switch BL. the Main reason usually is to remove the name of the main seller and its origin. Our company requests Switch BL for ease of money transferring. So that in the First BL, The shipper is the Seller company (Port of loading: BANDAR ABBAS, Iran), and the Consignee is the trader company (Port of discharge: JEBEL ALI, UAE). And in the SBL the shipper is a trader company (Port of loading: JEBEL ALI, UAE), and the Consignee is the  JIANGMEN YOUYUE FOOD CO. (Port of discharge: NANSHA, CHINA).

Payment Terms

Jiangmen YOUYUE Food company is buying Pistachio from Sirjan, Kerman, Rafsnajan, and Khorasan Province in Iran. After signing the contract, 20% of the total amount transfers from Hong Kong to your declared verified account as advance. the account is preferred to be a Hongkong account. the rest of the amount (80%) will be paid as soon as the cargo reaches the destination port. the amount first transfers to your account and the supplier can release the container after that. (After the copy of swift).

Note: 7 days after the advance payment, the seller must load the cargo to the loading port for shipment.

Quality Terms

A team of Procurement Specialists is attending at the site. they inspect and declare the cargo specification according to our main quality specification list. If the SPECS of cargo matches our standards, they verify to load the cargo otherwise the supplier must modify the rejected cargo and prepare it base on the SPECS mentioned in the contract.

We believe that the honesty and dignity of both parties will enhance the trust level of both sides, And provides the basis for a long-term business. so we expect the supplier keeps uniformity in quality. together we can introduce the Iranian qualified pistachio to the world.

Packing

The whole cargo must be 25 MT (40ft Container) which is 500 bags. each P.P. bag contains 50 kg (Net Weight). No printing on the bag, just blank. A label with Chinese-English contents is fixed on the bag.
